Troubleshooting | DiveLogger 4

Windows 7 or above:

      > The DiveLogger is not starting at all.

      > The iX3M/iDive is not automatically detected by the DiveLogger 4

      > The DiveLogger 4 detects the iX3M/iDive but it is not able to Sync.

      > I'm not able to install the USB driver on my PC (Error Code 52).



Mac OS X El Capitan (10.11) or above:

      > My Mac does not allow me to run the fix.seriale.sh.command

      > The DiveLogger is not starting at all.

      > The iX3M/iDive is not automatically detected by the DiveLogger 4
